Nicky Bigs Novelties Red/Green Jingle Bell Elf Hat Nice feel and look Made of 100% polyester. The inside opening of this hat measures approximately 60 cm (23.5 inches) (each hat can vary slightly in size due to manufacturing) and is made to slide down and cover your ears or sit above them. Each point features a gold jingle bell. It is nice addition to a beanie cap on cold days. Adding a beanie cap or skull cap under the hat will help secure it better on smaller heads. The hat is made to slide down on your head so the opening accounts for this. This hat fits nicely on most normal adult size heads. The hat measures 11.5 x 11.5 inches when flat. The felt colors may be darker than the photo due material changes which are inherent in the manufacturing process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (such as the original packing slip) is required for all returns.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for processing (longer during peak seasons). We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that banks and credit card processors may take 1–2 additional business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after receiving a confirmation email:

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@nickybigsnovelties.com, then send the item to the return address listed above.
